Participants may check-in for the ride beginning at 9 a.m. in the parking lot at 5151 W. 1st Avenue in Denver and will travel along a scenic route ending at Freedom Harley at 8020 W. Colfax Avenue. Incentives are given with increased fundraising, such as drawing entries, dinner for two, and a "staycation". For those attending festivities only, a donation of $5 is requested for each bowl or 3-sampler of chili.

All monies raised will go directly to local families affected by neuromuscular diseases in the form of MDA muscle clinics for adults and children, summer camp for kids ages six to 17, a loan closet with durable medical equipment, and nearly $1 million in local funding for neuromuscular research.
